New year yoga retreat 2023
For the last few years, we have been unable to hold our regular new year yoga retreat but this year it will be going ahead.
Starting on the 28th of December 2023 and ending on the 4th of January 2024 we will be holding a weeks retreat packed with vinyasa flow, qigong, meditation, gong baths, shamanic drumming and yin yoga practice and ending with a positive manifestation ceremony to bring in the new year.
The retreat will be taking place at Yoga Evolution Retreat center in the heart of Portugal. Our retreat center has been established since 2008. The center is just below the hilltop village of Amieira, Oleiros, Castelo Branco. With 13 acres of natural forest land, you will never find it hard to find a quite spot to contemplate the thing you would like to bring into 2024.
