The Yoga Evolution Retreat Center is set in six hectares of the Portuguese countryside. Peter & Sue followed their hearts back in 2008 and purchased a derelict estate and turned it into a magical place to practice Yoga & Mindfulness.

After over a decade of hard work we have managed to create a place that is for all to share deep in the heart of rural Portugal. The property is over 6 hectares and has some of the most beautiful terraces that have been here for centuries. At the bottom of the valley you can find one of our houses sitting next to a stream with a very gentle trickle of water.

The yoga taught here is ashtanga yoga, dynamic yoga, hatha flow yoga
